These are A4 Giclee mounted prints of my Snowflake series  (5 in series). I came across some photographs of individual snowflakes a few years ago and fell in love with them so much that I had to illustrate them! I love the capacity biro has to create such detail and depth of tone. I really enjoyed working on the geometrical forms in these snowflakes and building up the tones within the ice crystals. I have these on my wall all year round, a lovely reminder of the dark cozy nights I’ll be spending by our fire when it snows.
